Kenneth Young, President & CEO
Kenneth
is a 22-year semiconductor industry veteran and serves
as CEO at T-RAM.
Most recently, he was
General Manager & Vice President at Alliance Semiconductor,
where he had full P&L responsibility of the SRAM
division and grew the business six-fold.
Prior to that, he served
as Vice President for Integrated Silicon Solutions,
Inc. (ISSI) and Aptos Semiconductor.
Kenneth started his career
as an SRAM and EPROM design engineer at Mostek, now
part of SGS Thompson, and subsequently spent 6 years
at Cypress Semiconductor as its original SRAM design
manager, where he architected, designed, and transferred
to production SRAMs from the 1Kb to 256Kb generations.
He holds a B.S. in Electrical
Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
