Farid Nemati, CTO
Farid Nemati, co-founder and CTO at T-RAM, is the primary
inventor of the T-RAM technology and an expert in designing
novel semiconductor device structures.
He received his B.S. in electrical engineering
at Iran's prestigious Sharif University of Technology,
ranking second in his graduating class. Farid was then
the top-ranking student in the M.S. program in Sharif
University of Technology when he immigrated to the U.S.
to complete his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical
Engineering at Stanford University.
