Starting  Expectations &  Responsibilities	You will be the primary analog circuit designer in the company, responsible for the delivery of extremely high speed I/Os and clock generation circuitry (PLL/DLLs), as well as several highly custom voltage regulators.   You will use your experience in bulk and SOI analog design to manage and mentor junior engineers and/or contractors as necessary to deliver these blocks for the first project within the first 6 months   These blocks will be manufacturable, reliable, and require minimum cycle time to execute   You will also make a significant contribution to T-Ram’s design methodology and infrastructure within the first 6 months   You will become a world expert in the design and development through manufacturing of a rock solid, high-yielding, and reliable set of key analog blocks for an extremely innovative, wholly new memory technology within the first year.
