Starting  Expectations &  Responsibilities	You will learn the specialized aspects of designing with T-RAM’s disruptive Thyristor-based memory technology in the first 30 days   You will make your first significant contribution to a new high speed synchronous design within 60 days   You will be part of a team that designs the memory and data path structures of a significant, new, extremely high speed, high density SRAM product in the first year   You will make a significant contribution to T-Ram’s design methodology and infrastructure within the first 6 months   Your designs will be manufacturable, reliable, and require minimum cycle time to execute   You will become a world expert in the design and development through manufacturing of a rock solid, high-yielding, and reliable set of products based on an extremely innovative, wholly new memory technology in the first year.
